WELCOME TO JANUARY AND 2024! IT’S HEREEE! AND IT’S ALL HAPPENING! LET’S LAUNCH THIS ROCKET SHIP YEAR!
JANUARY IS THE KICK OFF TO ONE OF THE MOST MONUMENTAL YEARS OF OUR LIVES AND CERTAINLY A DEFINING MOMENT IN THE DECADE AND CENTURY–LETS GO!!! BETWEEN THE CAPRICORN STELLIUM THAT SETS THE TONE FOR THIS YEAR’S WEIRD AND VERYYYY UNIQUE STELLIUM IN A DIFFERENT SIGN EACH MONTH FOR THE FIRST HALF PERIOD, PLUTO GOING INTO FREAKING AQUARIUS AND FREEING THE CARDINAL SIGNS (ARIES, CANCER, CAPRICORN, LIBRA) OF THEIR 15 YEAR PRISON/ALCHEMY CRASH COURSE, AND REALLY AUSPICIOUS MOONS IT IS A GREAT MONTH TO SET YOURSELF UP FOR SUCCESS AND JUST GO FOR WHATEVER YOU WANT SO IT’S LINED UP FOR THE REST OF THE YEAR.
2024 IS MARKED BY UNEXPECTED FUN SURPRISES AND DEVELOPMENTS AND BRAND NEW NEVER BEFORE EXPERIENCED HEAVEN ON EARTH ENERGY. SO IN THAT STORY, JANUARY IS THE MORE GROUNDED SLOW YET POWERFUL START AND WARM UP AS BOTH ENDINGS AND BEGINNINGS MERGE ALL AT ONCE AND ROCK OUR WORLDS IN VERY, VERY GOOD WAYS.

January 2nd, 2024 – Mercury Goes Direct
On January 2nd, 2024 Mercury goes direct at 22° Sagittarius.
Mercury retrograde has been squaring Neptune for weeks now and is almost done. So in a nutshell it has NOT been a regular Mercury Rx and is why things might have seemed a little more wonky or weird, especially with Sag and Pisces (where Neptune is) both being signs ruled by Jupiter and therefore expanding things to the nth degree while ALSO disassociating.
Let the last of this just clear what it needs to clear and keep finding healthy ways to ground back down to earth while ALSO being open to the deeper lesson underneath it all. It’s both human and divine not one or the other.
January 4th, 2024 – Mars Enters Capricorn
On January 4th, 2204, Mars enters Capricorn.
Mars LOVES being in Capricorn! It can really get shit done here and boy does it WANT to this month with the end of Pluto in Capricorn!! If we’ve been running a marathon with Pluto in Capricorn the last 15 years, Mars in Capricorn coming is like that last burst of energy you feel right on the final victory lap before winning the race. This is the BEST time of the year to get all your ducks in a row, everything situated, offer packages and services, do any business/CEO activities and make BOSS moves! etc So don’t be afraid to really get shit done because it wont feel like this with such a healthy productivity and focus all year. The next 6 week are the ideal time to get SUPER intentional on what you’d like to start, finish, and achieve/build and take action on it.
January 11th, 2024 – New Moon In Capricorn
On January 11th, 2024, we have a New Moon at 20° Capricorn.
This is SUCH an auspicious moon both trining Uranus in Taurus and sextiling Neptune in Pisces! There will be cool unexpected developments to whatever your movie plot lately has been wherever Taurus, Pisces, and Capricorn are in your chart. So stay open minded for a fun surprise!!
January 14th, 2024 – Mercury Re-enters Capricorn
On January 14th, 2024, Mercury re-enters Capricorn.
From January 14th to 21st of January, 2024 – Mercury will be going through the same place in your chart it went through from December 1st to December 21st, 2023 and therefore tying up loose ends or revisiting what themes came up then.
We all need a nudge right now to break old patterns and try out something new. Especially right before Pluto enters Aquarius!
January 20th, 2024 – Sun Conjunct Pluto
On January 20th, 2024, Sun conjuncts Pluto at 29°59′ Capricorn. This is the last degree and the last second of the sign.
Here it is!! Our GRAND FINALE. I’m not being hyperbolic when I say Pluto entering Aquarius for the next 20 years is going to completely alter our lives (in exciting, fun ways!) FOREVER. Depending on how much purging, clearing, healing, you’ve done wherever Pluto in Capricorn transited your chart the last 15 years this could either be quite an intense ending or feel really natural and normal as you cross the finish line victorious.

January 20th, 2024 – Sun And Pluto Enters Aquarius
On January 20th, 2024, Sun and Pluto enter Aquarius!!!!! Pluto re-enters Aquarius, and will stay in the sign until September 1st, 2024 (Pluto will spend some final weeks in Capricorn, before moving into Aquarius for good on December 19th, 2024).
AGAIN HERE WE F-ING GO!!!!!!
This is THE life defining transit. There is so much to say here I can’t pack into this little breakdown (but you can read it here in the yearly for only $22) but bby it’s New Paradigm, it’s boots on the ground real life heaven on earth rocket ship to the moon, new world, new earth time!
January 23rd, 2024 – Venus Enters Capricorn
On January 23rd, 2024 Venus joins the Capricorn stellium parade.
Venus gets in on all the Capricorn action this month!! This will be ESPECIALLY monumental for Cancer risings–you may be dating more, approaching your 1:1 relationships in a more fun/less intense way, meeting someone new or getting together with someone you’ve known a long time for the first time in 15 YEARS.
I am a Cancer rising who has had Pluto in Capricorn in her 7th House her entire dating life since 2008 so I SEE you guys and am right there with you on how exciting this is!!!
It will also be extra meaningful for Capricorn Midheavens and Risings or any Cap placements now that you’re free of Pluto in Capricorns tyranny.
For everyone else this will mean taking a more grounded, long term investment approach to love, finances, and values.
January 25th, 2024 – Full Moon In Leo
On January 25th, 2024 we have a Full Moon at 5° Leo.
The Full Moon is opposite Pluto and square Jupiter.
Here we get an immediate polarity match between fresh New Paradigm energy with Aquarius and Leo’s fierce love of the spotlight. We also have some tension with Jupiter. Personally I LIKE when the moon and Jupiter square because it’s a competition between who can give you the most good or an evaluation of how you need to emotionally evolve to hold the good.
January 27th, 2024 – Mercury Conjunct Mars
On January 27th, 2024 Mercury is conjunct Mars at 16° Capricorn.
Mercury and Mars meet for the 3rd time in the last 3 months. They met on October 19th, 2023 at 12° Scorpio, the 2nd time (with Mercury retrograde) on December 27th, 2023 at 24° Sagittarius. Now they meet in Capricorn. These are all really juicy places in your chart and your life (I like to look up the date on my calendar/iphone photos to see what I was up to) to see what story is unfolding currently when it comes to ideas and communication. This is a very auspicious transit. What’s your evolving story been?
January 27th, 2024 – Uranus Goes Direct
On January 27th, 2024, Uranus goes direct at 19° Taurus.
Uranus going direct will give you the first look into the themes and the unfolding dynamics that will emerge when the Jupiter-Uranus conjunction happens exactly in April 2024. Unexpected FUN surprises and developments await us both collectively and personally!
