I highly recommend Katherine she is definitely very passionate about helping others. I’ve been doing sessions with Katherine for the last 8 months and Soul (Re)Discovery for 6 of those and I have had very fast results with manifesting my new life . When I first started I was filled with such anxiety and fear with panic attacks, often I felt stuck and trapped in a job that was very mentally and physically abusive. I felt angry and hopeless—I had worked there for 20 years. I was even behind on my bills and had to borrow money for gas just to get to work. By working with Katherine on my worth through personal development in Soul (Re)Discovery I was able to quit my job and as a result was offered a full time position at a job I love which even pays more money and I got 2 raises from in a month’s time (update: 4 months after I wrote this I made a total of $95,000 in our time working together). A few months ago, I came across a video of Katherine .. Honest and open, I was drawn to her message of healing. I was in a dark and broken place that felt impossible to come out of. Katherine is the sort of person that I wish everyone could be: open-minded, passionate as hell, endlessly curious, earnest, kind-hearted, incredibly wise, clever and incisive, and warm and inviting. At the very, very least, I wish everyone could have a mentor like Katherine. Her guidance has changed my life in so many profound and far-reaching ways. I’ve gone to a number of therapists over the years in order to learn to manage anxiety, depression, insecurity, self-betrayal, and harmful coping/self-soothing strategies. They were psychologists, psychiatrists. They prescribed me medication that had no physiological effect on me and although some of the CBT methods they suggested were useful, I rarely walked away from sessions feeling truly understood, powerful, capable, worthy, and hopeful. Incidentally, these are all feelings that I experience virtually every time Katherine and I talk. I never leave a session feeling like a sounding board, like I did with other therapists. I feel authentic connection and acceptance and that is the foundation of how I am learning to reconnect with myself and accept myself. I have tears in my eyes just writing about this because there was a time where I never thought I would get to where I am now: learning to love myself and trust that I can take care of myself, being at peace with the universe, and receiving the gift and miracle of life fully, without allowing doubt, fear, and shame dominion over me. Katherine is a light, true to her name. If you’re not enjoying your life the way you want to be, you lose absolutely nothing by taking this opportunity to rediscover your unique purpose and worth, and you have all the love in the universe to gain.
