WE’RE IN THE MAIN CHARACTER ENERGY OF THE YEAR FOR SURE. MARCH STARTED TO BRING THE ENERGY OF SHIFTS. APRIL iS just THE SHIFTS. IT’S A MONTH THAT EXPLAINS ITSELF SO I DON’T EVEN FEEL LIKE IT NEEDS MUCH OF AN INTRODUCTION.

April 5th, 2023 - Sun Conjunct Chiron
On April 5th, 2023 Sun is conjunct Chiron at 15° Aries.
Each time we have a moment where Chiron conjuncts a planet we have a chance to heal our core identity in a new way. The Sun is our ego, especially in fiery and independent Aries. This might poke and prod at where we hold our pride and more specifically where pride holds US back and we need to let go of antiquated ideas of who we are.
April 6th, 2023 - Full Moon In Libra
On April 6th, 2023 we have a Full Moon at 16° Libra. The themes of the Sun-Chiron conjunction will be further activated by the Full Moon in Libra.
The Moon will oppose Sun, Chiron, and Jupiter in Aries. This is a BIG moon. I feel like we’re getting a really fresh perspective by bringing Libra into the Aries conversation. This moon will have us looking at our relationships and how we achieve balance and harmony with others when we heal our own independent issues and crises. This could be a moon where you start to project your insecurities or wounds onto others only to turn it around and realize it was you and your perception all along.
April 11th, 2023 - Venus Enters Gemini
On April 11th, 2023, Venus enters Gemini.
Moving on from its home of Taurus, Venus ventures into the sign of duality Gemini. Here love, wealth, money, and values find an easier time being communicated. Gemini helps us look at things objectively and articulate what we really feel instead of just feeling it. This could be an especially chatty transit that aids in clarity.
April 11th, 2023 - Sun Conjunct Jupiter
On April 11th, 2023, Sun is conjunct Jupiter at 21° Aries.
One of the best transits each year!! Mark this date on your calendar because the vibes will be amazing. Jupiter is being illuminated by the glow of the sun to bring forth blessings, luck, and abundance wherever Aries is in your chart.
April 20th, 2023 - New Moon Eclipse In Aries
On April 20th, 2023 we have a New Moon and Total (Annular) Solar Eclipse at 29° Aries.
And Eclipse season is off!! This year is especially interesting because we have Eclipses out of the North/South Node Axis meaning in the spring we’ll have the two Mars-ruled signs – Aries and Scorpio and then in the fall the two Venus-ruled signs – Libra and Taurus. This is a huge balance of Masculine and Feminine energies in all of us personally and collectively.
The Mars signs might come across as bolder than Venus. Dramatic Aries is first even though we just had an Aries New Moon at 0 degrees. This time it’s at the last degree, the firework finale anaretic degree 29. This is also square Pluto at 0 degrees Aquarius so it’s bound to fundamentally shift some things.

April 21st, 2023 - Mercury Goes Retrograde
On April 21st, 2023 Mercury goes retrograde at 15° Taurus.
Mercury is almost conjunct Uranus at 16 degrees. This degree has been pivotal in how we’re progressing forward and what is shifting in our lives. There is a story playing out here as a part of our chart that is usually incredibly stable and dependable gets a makeover. Mercury will help us put together pieces and tie up any loose ends that are hanging out in this story. Go back and look at all the other transits around this degrees to get an idea of what might come back around to communicate.
GOOD LUCK this April! And I mean it genuinely, although it may shake some things up as always everythinggg is happening for our greatest and highest good. We are lucky no matter what and April reminds us of just how good life can get by paving the way for even more.
